We develop a strategy for solving the task based on the work analysis. Which companies, industries, people and networks should be searched within and which are off-limit.
We identify suitable candidates in relevant companies, networks, etc.

We map profiles we have interviewed and their response.
SHORTLIST - DELIVERY
The shortlist contains key information about the candidates and a brief summary of the interviews.
We will contact you for feedback on the delivery and to be updated on which candidates you have been in contact with.
