In accordance with List Company's business principles, personal information is treated confidentially and in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act.
List Company collects information for recruitment purposes and only with the permission of affected candidates. This information is used to provide shortlists to our clients with data on the unique candidates they need.
List Company gather personal information directly from candidates who wish to be part of a recruitment process. The information collected may cover candidates' careers, competencies, educational background and other relevant data related to recruitment.
USE AND STORAGE OF DATA
Only research consultants associated with a specific assignment will use the personal information provided to them. The consultants are bound by professional confidentiality using information related to a specific task, and they are trained in how to protect private information.
A candidate's personal information is stored in an electronic database which is protected by password & user ID to ensure confidentiality. When a shortlist is delivered and a research assignment is completed, all data from List Company's database is deleted.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Personal information collected by List Company will not be disclosed to customers, partners or others without a candidate's permission. All candidates on a shortlist provided have thus given List Company permission to pass on their information to List Company's customers or partners. This is done by a declaration of consent confirmed via email.
All candidates have the right to know what information is kept about them in List Company's database - unless the law says otherwise.
